Deleting a Post

    Is it possible to delete a Post,if so,would someone please explain how ?

    I don’t think it’s possible  … you can only edit it.

    `Thank you Jen,I didn’t realise when I was practising Smilies,I wouldn’t be able to get delete them as one of those two actually did turn into a Smilie!) : )

    The spacing with Smilies is important … SPACE, COLON, BRACKET, SPACE.

    To get rid of all the edit records … uncheck the “Keep a log of this edit” box when editing.

    I tried to edit all that “Stuff”Jen, from the Jokes, but it won’t be edited, it’s never happened before?!

    Hi Tulip … when you are doing a cut n’ paste from another program or an email … use the Text tab at the top right of the GP reply box and paste it in that box. That helps get rid of all the text formatting gobbledygook. Then just click Submit as usual.

    Otherwise you have to check as soon as you post and then manually delete all the gobbledygook before the edit option disappears. Painful. LOL
