Mint water

    The perfect cool drink. No this is not exactly a recipe but for a perfect cold drink. Fill a jug with fresh mint and be generous. Fill with water and let it infuse. You can add lemon wedges too but I prefer just mint. When cold pour into glass with loots of ice. Great by the way if you have too much mint growing.

    tiv, your ‘recipe’ is more than welcome – I often add lemon juice to my iced water but I’ll use some of my neighbours mint bush and see what taste I prefer 🙂 thank you anyway!!

    I find mint tea is very soothing if you have an upset tummy. I make mine from fresh mint out of the garden

    Bannie mint tea is my fave. Its really popular in Holland. Honey is a nice addition too.

    I like peppermint tea mid-strength and not too hot – just right – fussy aren’t I? 🙂
