Re the name of the tv series: Honey, I Shrunk the Kids…
Don’t they realise that the past tense of shrink is shrank?
Or very very rarely, shrinked.
Shrunk is the past participle.
Or shrunken in ancient times.
(reminds me of the use of ‘sunken’ for treasure)
I do wonder about those people sometimes.
They are so careful with the use of other words!
Words such as ‘who’ and ‘whom’ for example.
So why the lapse?
